Olusegun Adeleye Olorunfunmi

Chairman

Segun Olorunfunmi is the Chairman of the Board. He is a broadly experienced and talented, analytical Accounting, Finance, Management, Change Management and Technology Consultant and solutions architect with over 39 years post degree experience. He has been providing consulting, systems and business analysis solutions to government agencies, global organizations, financial institutions as well as medium sized and small organizations. He has spent the last 27 plus years in varied management and management consulting positions delivering optimal business solutions to clients and offering business and functional assistance in the Accounting, Finance & Technology space, providing solutions to enable clients derive maximum benefits and total flexibility in functionality from their investments in Technology and also providing business advisory services particularly in the areas of Finance and corporate restructuring as well as Business Process Re-engineering.

He has led several large Technology projects both in the US and Nigeria like the George Washington University Oracle Apps project and the City of Detroit Oracle Apps project, Kelly Services Global Oracle implementation (USA)as well as the FGN IPPIS (Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information Systems) , LASG Oracle Global Computerisation Project, Kano State World Bank/EU financed SIFMIS (State Integrated Financial Management Information System) as well as Jigawa State World Bank/EU financed SIFMIS (State Integrated Financial Management Information System).

Segun is also an ex-banker who worked as pioneer staff with both Ecobank and Zenith Bank, gathering tremendous experience in the Treasury, Treasury Ops and Corporate Finance Departments. He started his career with the international accounting firm, PWC where he enjoyed wide ranging consulting engagement experience in broad functional areas of auditing/assurance, taxation and business advisory services.

Segun also sits on the Board of many companies including Relational Technologies Limited, Southwood Lakes Properties Limited, Megelec Nigeria Limited as well as Capital Express Assurance PLC.

Segun holds a First Class Degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife as well as an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation. His is also a Chartered Stockbroker as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor
